Young Music City and Virgin Hotels Nashville have partnered up to bring you an intimate monthly rooftop showcase celebrating the vast and expansive music culture in the 615. Our goal is to elevate and empower music creators of all shapes, sizes, and genres, and unite a community of avid music enthusiasts.

General info:
Venue: Rooftop Sounds is located at the Pool Club at the Virgin Hotels Nashville (1 Music Square W.). This is a heated outdoor rooftop event. Please dress and plan accordingly. Permitting any weather conflicts, the show will be moved inside the Virgin Hotel and a TBD specified location.
Load in: The rooftop venue will be open all-day, and YMC and Virgin team will be on-site through out the day. You are welcome to come drop your items off at any time throughout the day. If interested in an early drop off, please coordinate with Emily Dryburgh or an on-site contact before-hand so that we can place the items in a secure location.
Sound check: This is an intimate plug and play show, (think Whiskey Jam), however, If anyone would like a sound or line check, please text Emily Dryburgh to coordinate. Prepare to show up any time between 5:00pm, and 6:00 pm for a quick run through.
Guest list: Each artist is allowed 5 persons for comp’d entry guest list. They will also have access to the VIP artist area. You will receive a VIP wrist band upon entry. If for some reason you need additional VIP guest list names - please give Emily Dryburgh a call to discuss.
NOTE* If you have not submitted your guest list please respond to this email with the names of each party. Or text to Emily Dryburgh.
VIP: There will be a private VIP cabana located behind the performance area. Artists and VIP’s will need wrist bands to access this area. If you need additional VIP wrist bands please coordinate with Emily Dryburgh or an on-site contact.
Content: We are excited to make this a fun visual event! We will have an on-site content person getting photos and video through out the night. If you are interested in getting personal photos or content that will live on Young Music City and partner's socials please show up at 5:30/6:00 pm doors and coordinate with Emily Dryburgh.
Covid regulations: Because this is an outside venue, we are able to loosen our covid restrictions, however, advise anyone with symptoms to respectfully stay safe at home. Masks recommended but not required. There will be hand-sanitizers stations on site.
Drink Comps: Depending on the event each artist / team will either receive drink tickets or a code to a bar tap. Will have details on-site.
Marketing: You will receive an email with marketing. This will include social graphics, facebook event link, ticket link, as well as requests to be admins on facebook and bandsintown, etc.

**Note - Please enter the main doors to the lobby on 17th street. Take a left at the concierge - go through the double doors, take a right to the elevators. And take the elevators up for floor 14 (not 14R).
Parking: All artists will with receive comp’d valet - there is also parking across the street at SONY ATV as well as street parking.
Artist set: 20-25 minute set.
