RNBW (pronounced rainbow) is Nashville’s premiere queer music community organization. Founded in 2016 by music exec’s Emily and Jamie Dryburgh, RNBW supports the progress of LGBTQ+ music in Music City and beyond and sets to foster a community of queer creators and performers via live music, events and social connections.

RNBW is proud to host Nashville’s sole LGBTQ+ Music Night in Nashville, TN every Tuesday night at Lipstick Lounge, in partnership with New Amsterdam Vodka, Rum Haven, High Noon Sun Sips and Veva Collect.

RNBW is proud to have partnered with the likes of Universal Music, HRC, Nashville LGBT chamber, Outvoices, E+J Gallo liquors, Nashville Pride, OutLoud Festival and more.
